1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using yashitfoundation.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Donations

Thank you for choosing to support Yashit Foundation. We value your generosity and trust. All donations made to Yashit Foundation are voluntary and made in support of our charitable objectives and programmes.

• Donations are accepted via Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners
• An official receipt will be emailed to you after successful payment
• 80G tax exemption certificates are issued for all eligible donations

3. Refund Policy

As a general rule, donations cannot be refunded once processed. Once a donation is made through our website or any other channel, it is treated as a final contribution to support our charitable objectives and programs.

However, we understand that errors can sometimes occur. If you believe a payment was made in error:

• Contact us within 2 hours of the transaction at hi@yashitfoundation.org
• Include your name, email, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion

4. Cancellation Policy

Since donations are voluntary and immediate, cancellations are not permitted once a payment has been successfully processed.

If you wish to modify a recurring donation or subscription, please contact us at least 5 working days before the next billing date at hi@yashitfoundation.org.

5. Tax Exemption and Receipts

• All donations to Yashit Foundation are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961
• An 80G certificate will be emailed to the donor after the payment is successfully processed
• PAN card details are required to issue a valid 80G certificate
• If a refund is processed, the donor will no longer be entitled to claim tax exemption for that amount, and any receipt issued will be considered invalid

6. User Conduct

When using our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Yashit Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
